About the company
Lifeforce is an orthopaedic and prosthetic clinic based in Lucky Plaza Orchard. We provide customised scoliosis braces and prosthetics as well as off-to-shelf compression garments and orthopaedic products in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The clinic has standard operating hours from 9am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line services such as registering patients, coordinating and scheduling appointment for patients, attending emails and call /message enquiries for patients
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clinical support for the clinic
- Handle finance matters such as issuing invoices, collecting payments and daily settlements
- Assist specialist with patients' medical reviews in the consultation rooms, explanation of condition to patient and their family members, measurement taking for patient and fitting of scoliosis braces
- Fitting of orthopedic appliances/compression garments for in-patient at nearby hospitals or patients in other private clinics
- Inventory control
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must be a Singaporean/PR
- Candidate must possess at least GCE 'A' level or equivalent
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A team player with good interpersonal, customer service and numeracy skills
- IT Savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite
- Quick-witted, Self-initiated, Willing to learn
- Proficient in English
- No experience required, training is provided
- Able to work half-day on Saturdays
