Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Manager of Welfare Services, you shall provide daily administrative/logistics support on SCS Transport Services and SCS Financial Assistance schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Provide administrative/logistics support for SCS Transport Services
· To attend to telephone/walk-in clients when required
· To create applicant’s profile in LEAP
· To prepare letter of approval/rejection to applicants
· To prepare daily transport schedule
· To process payment/claims
· To track and monitor vans usage and prepare monthly/MSF reports for submission.
2) Provide administrative support for SCS Financial Assistance Schemes
· To attend to telephone/walk-in clients when required
· To create applicant’s profile in LEAP
· To prepare letter of approval/rejection to applicants
· To assist in the coordination of activities/programmes
· To process hospitals and clinics’ bills/invoices
· To assist in extracting reports from Leap for reporting and/or data analysis
3) Provide administrative support in TenderBoard
· To process payments/claims
Key Requirements:
· Minimum GCE ‘O’/’N’ or equivalent
· Preferably with relevant experience
· Basic customer or patient services skills
· Positive attitude, good communication and strong interpersonal skills
· Proficient in MS Office Excel
· Basic letter writing/email, minutes and notes taking.
· English and a second language (ability to speak dialect will be beneficial)
