Job Description:
Sales Support:
- · Client Interaction: Engage with clients, understand their photography requirements, and provide tailored solutions and product recommendations.
- Develop a deep understanding of photography equipment, studio setups, and related products to advise clients effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Administrative Support:
- ·Handle emails, calls, and correspondence, facilitating communication with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in scheduling studio sessions, coordinating appointments, and managing studio resources efficiently.
- Provide administrative assistance to clients booking studio sessions, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to completion.
Studio Photography Support:
- Assist in coordinating studio setup, ensuring equipment readiness, and preparing the space for photography sessions.
- Aid clients in understanding studio capabilities, and equipment usage, and facilitate their needs during studio sessions.
- Help in maintaining and organizing photography equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.
- Possess photography skills to conduct the sessions.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales team, studio personnel, and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts in meeting sales goals and operational efficiency.
- Support marketing initiatives related to studio services and products.
- Be present and provide support during all scheduled events.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Diploma/Degres or certification in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a photography studio or similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to Work Weekends: Must be available to work weekends due to the nature of studio sessions.
- Off on Weekdays: Will have scheduled 2 weekdays off to ensure adequate rest and work-life balance.
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
