The Job:
Executive, Finance & Accounting
Salary: $3,000 to $3,500/mth
Reporting to Regional Financial Controller, this position will assist the Finance & Accounting (F&A) team in handling full set of accounts for Mitsui Group of Companies.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare non-trade billings, bank reconciliation statements, journals and balance sheet schedules
- Review payment vouchers
- Update and check Treasury file for daily incoming and outgoing funds
- Perform GST Reporting and filing
- Involve in month-end closing for Accounts receivable, Accounts payables, General Ledger, Costing and Fixed Assets
- Assist in withholding tax and corporate tax filing
Requirements:
- Min Diploma holder with min 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Good computer and communication skills
