RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Salesforce administrator support, focusing on the Lighting version.
- Act as a liaison between the business units and the application support team, collaborating closely with technical architects.
- Collaborate with the application support team and vendors to deliver timely support to users, addressing issues, queries and enhancements across the multiple countries.
- Engage with users and application support team to gather and analyse requirements, proposing solutions that align with business processes and meet functional needs.
- Ensure standardization across countries while continuously identifying ways to enhance system capabilities and functionalities.
- Lead automation and digitalization projects, working alongside users, the application support team, and vendors.
- Validate functionality with developers and facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Coordinates releases and provide post Go-Live support, including preparing training documentation and conducting training sessions.
- Stay informed about periodic application releases, advising both the application support team and business stakeholders on relevant enhancements and features.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Previous experience as a Salesforce system administration is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new features and updates within Salesforce.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven with positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
