Overview
Our client is seeking a talented and dedicated Executive Assistant / Secretary to join their team and play a crucial role by supporting the Head of Department and ensure the smooth operation of their leadership office by providing full spectrum of secreterial and administration support.
Job Responsibilites:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the Head of Department
- Participates in the development and implementation of secretarial standards, policies and practices
- Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, materials, collating of data andconsolidating of reports
- Organize department events, meetings, town halls and provide administrative support
- Engage project and organisational stakeholders and keep them up to date and arrange updates to be provided at various forums
- Assist in the recruitment for Department
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years working experience in corporate /executive office,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
