Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Partner with hiring managers on end-to-end recruitment
- Perform full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate's assessment to performing interviews and offer management
- Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates using a range of different hiring strategies, sourcing and searching on various job portals
- Screen and conduct assessment of potential candidates
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved on time
- Performing reference and background checks
- Develop and maintain talent pools for current and future requirements
- Provide analytical recruiting reports
- Assist in work pass application, renewal, cancellation, etc..
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably in HR management or other relevant disciplines
- Those with experience in conducting mass recruitment will have an added advantage
- Similar experience working with a security company as a recruiter is a plus.
- Fast Learner and able to take pressure
- Team player, proactive, and resourceful. Display resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- People-oriented, results-driven with a strong desire for success;
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, self-motivated, and organized
- Proficiency in Google platform, Microsoft Word, Excel knowledge of PowerPoint an advantage
