- To deliver one-stop customer service via phone in a consistent and professional manner by embracing our core values
- Logging of service requests, complaints and enquiries
- Ensure follow up and fulfill promises made to our customers
- Ensure all referrals are keyed in a timely manner and monitor for closures

- 6 days work week including weekends and Public Holidays
- Working hours:
Shift 1 : 07:00am to 14:30pm ; or
Shift 2: 14:00 am to 21:30pm
