Job Descriptions:
- Report directly to Branch Manager
- Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services.
- To make cold call and any new leads call provided by the company.
- Follow up on customer request, appointment, enquires, call, complaints and confirmation promptly.
- Re-confirm customer’s appointment a day before their treatment.
- After treatment (three days) to follow-up service call to customer.
- To ensure the cleanliness standards at reception area.
- Daily data entry for customers, staff and print report for compilation.
- Issuing of invoices and service rendering.
- Generation of daily reports.
- Provide administrative support.
- Perform other duties as maybe assigned by superior from time to time.
- Any assignments given from time to time by the Company
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in beauty services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
