Role Summary
Constructor Technology’s product portfolio consists of specialized solutions for young children’s educations. We are looking for a Young Children Education Specialist with deep knowledge in children's educational psychology and children education to work closely with our talented developers and product managers to enhance existing product features and development of new products. This position is required to work with our potential and existing clients to assist them on implementation projects.
Responsibilities
· Work closely with various functional teams such as pedagogical team, software developers, product managers to develop creative contents and features.
· Provide specialist advice and solutions in content creations and designing.
· Assist pedagogical team in designing the contents for School products.
· Build long-term relationships with existing clients and assist them with technical enquiries, product implementations as subject expert of the product.
· Take part in pre-sales discussions and presentations of School products.
· Represent the company at online webinars, offline seminars, as subject matter expert.
· Participate in Edtech and educational exhibitions, conferences on behalf of Constructor.
· Other tasks and duties assigned by management.
Requirements for the Role
· At least specialist diploma or degree in either childhood education, educational psychology or child psychology is highly preferred.
· Teaching experience with primary level or young children is a must.
· Experience in working with technical teams and pedagogical teams is a plus.
· Able to conduct public webinars as subject matter expert on child education and psychology.
· Passionate in child education
· Articulative and has excellent communication skill.
