ob Responsibilities:
- Manage customers on forecasting and ordering
- Analyse Price trends and forecast for account
- Follow-up on leads with new customers
- Service and maintain existing customer account
- Handle customer request and queries (e.g. short-time orders, etc.)
- Identify and respond to customer needs
- Establish and offer competitive price to customers
- Prepare and issue Sales Quotation using SAP
- Maintain inventory level for customer orders and optimise delivery
- Negotiate purchase pricing with suppliers for competitive advantage
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in engineering background
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
- IT savvy and knowledge in MS Office and SAP
- Persuasive and Negotiation Skills
- Cost Management Techniques
- Listening and communication skills
- Customer Relationship Management
