Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions such as employee recruitment, work pass applications, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Ensure the HR system is in line with business objectives and functioning effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule employee activities like qualification renewals, training sessions, and health checkups.
- Execute daily HR tasks in compliance with regulations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with external consulting and recruitment agencies for HR-related tasks.
- Assist Japanese expatriates with business trip arrangements and coordinate requests from the Japanese headquarters.
Requirements
- Min 2 - 3 years of HR related experience including payroll
- Business (close to native) proficiency in Japanese language is needed to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts in Japan
- Possess strong knowledge in MOM and employment regulations
