Job Responsibilities:
- The role requires the ability to implement sales strategies by identifying products and converting them into sales orders, collaborating with teams to enhance company branding and market value.
- It also involves possessing excellent knowledge and skills to stay competitive, manage client relationships effectively, exceed business expectations, contribute to company growth, and explore new sales opportunities to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide high-quality technical consultancy services and create specification documents for Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors.
- Collect feedback from customers or prospects and communicate it with internal teams to enhance sales strategies.
- Proactively search for new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- GCE “A” level, diploma in business, sales; marketing or related professional qualifications.
- 2-3 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive.
- Experience in the building industry an advantage.
- Attention to details, strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Command good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with people.
