Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Singapore for our industry segment, with flexibility for some work from home. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Southeast Asia, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, analyze market trends, and identify potential areas for growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong business development and sales skills Knowledge of the compressed air and gas industry.
- Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Able to travel frequently to meet partners and clients.
- Knowledge of the compressed air and gas industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
