My client is a global leader in automotive industry centrally located in Singapore. Due to recent growth, they are looking for a Order Management Specialist to join their dynamic team.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide customer service nsupport to internal and external customers.
- Play a critical role in the order management process ensuring the timely processing of orders and realistic delivery dates are confirmed.
- Develop long term relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders.
- Liaise between customers and cross functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of orders according to customer needs.
What you'll need to succeed:
- At least 3 years in a similar position
- Experience with customer management and order fulfilment process
- Proficiency in SAP
- Flexible to take evening calls occasionally
