Our client is partnering with a leading global provider of cutting-edge design, engineering, and construction services, specializing in the development and delivery of ultra-clean and environmentally sustainable facilities tailored for high-tech industries.
The Job
- Lead the design process from conception to handover, ensuring compliance with local codes.
- Incorporate sustainability goals into the design.
- Produce comprehensive tender documentation, including project specifications.
- Progress the design according to established checklists.
- Chair subcontractor and client meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor junior architects to support company growth and ensure quality standards are maintained.
The Talent
- Proficient in designing and constructing architectural systems for high-tech industries like Semiconductor, Sustainable Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nutrition, Healthcare, or Biotech Projects.
- Possesses at least 3 years of international experience in high-tech industries or multidisciplinary construction businesses.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lead architectural role for fast-track projects, including managing multidisciplinary projects.
- Skilled in implementing internal change strategies and operational planning.
- Has 7-8 years of professional architectural experience, with an additional 1-2 years for each higher grade of progression.
