Job Description
Responsibility
- To identify potential clients and develop new accounts, conduct market research, achieve sales target, manage sales and daily logistics duties, prepare monthly sales report, prepare costing, ensure high customer satisfaction
- Hunt for new corporate sales accounts to meet sales targets
- Respond to incoming sales leads.
- Be the face for the company to the client as an Account Manager
- Explore new channels for generating business opportunities
- Have a good understanding of the supply chain landscape, ecommerce logistics, warehousing and freight forwarding.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and team members to meet company’s objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in related field of studies.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experiences.
- Excellent knowledge in all aspect of operations (booking, documentation & customs clearance processes for both import & export).
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all level of the organization.
- Strong team player & good organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, strong desire to learn.
- Required languages – Chinese & English – (in order to handle Chinese and English speaking customer’s enquiries and resolve any potential issue with their orders.)
Salary Package: $2500-4000 SGD
5.5 Working Day (Alternate Saturday): 8.30am – 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am – 12.30pm
