Accesstech is a rapidly expanding group of companies with interest in Engineering Construction, Telecommunications and Investments.

Founded in 1998 in Singapore with our principal business in high-tech factory engineering, we have since extended our expertise into

commercial projects with luxury hotels and commercial properties.

The Project office team is currently looking for a suitable candidate to join us as a Project Administrator to support the ongoing and new projects in the company.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the project administrative work
  • In-charge of generation of material purchase requisition and follow up on delivery.
  • Manage material delivery orders for submission for QAQC documentation.
  • Manage, keep record and update all submission document and liaise with internally Project Engineer and external Document Controller.
  • Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotations from various vendors and subcontractors.
  • Assist in the creation of Bill of Quantity (BQ).
  • Attend project meetings and create minutes of meeting.
  • Submission of project progress claims and follow through on invoices.
  • Manages, files and updates records including and not limited to catalogue, project documentation and O&M manual.
  • Compiles relevant authority’s information, i.e. Government submission, Code of Practice, etc.
  • All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum “O” level form local School or recognized Certification in Related Field of studies.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in the local Construction Engineering industry.
  • Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment and able to contribute as part of a team.
  • Ability to interact effectively with project members and managers at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, multitask, priorities, anticipate needs and meet the deadlines as needed
