Responsibilities:
· Assessing business processes, anticipating needs, finding areas to improve, and creating and applying solutions.
· Analyzing requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Documenting and sharing findings with the team, keeping communication clear and concise.
· Collecting key insights from meetings with stakeholders and preparing informative reports.
· Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet requirements.
· Overseeing projects, creating plans, and tracking progress to ensure successful outcomes.
· Assisting in the deployment of business applications.
· Providing support for troubleshooting business applications when needed.
· Collaborating within an agile team of 6 members to achieve project goals efficiently.
