We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to manage a team of support engineers (both local and offshore) for System Maintenance to support Govt Project.
Office at AMK.
CAT 2 Security Clearance.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance & System Activities:
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are performed promptly in good quality
- Providing support to Customers for any System security review and audit activities
- Review and refine SOPs in place in incident Management:
- Ensure 24/7 Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met as the system is a mission-critical Ops system
- Maintaining a log of all support cases, the time to resolve them, and the solutions. For problems that require third-party contractors for troubleshooting and rectification, Project Manager shall follow through with the third-party contractors.
- Provide Incident Reports with root cause analysis and resolution details.
Change Request:
- Manage Change Requests and implementation of Change Request. Note that urgent CRs may need to be assessed and communicated with customers with a short turnaround time.
Project Management:
- Provide monthly reports on time and conduct regular meetings with customers for updates
Requirement:
- Degree in Computer Science or IT-related disciplines.
- Minimally 3-5 Year of experience as an IT System Maintenance Manager.
- Preferably with experience managing large-scale IT enterprise projects (>15M$).
- Possess good analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers at all levels. Ability to write and present to customers at all levels
- 5 day week at AMK
