Job Details
- Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by management.
- Keep up to date with new products, recipes, and preparation methods.
- Ensure high standards and consistent quality of product.
- Comply with conditions of food hygiene policy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of menu composition, recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
- Knowledge of standard procedure with regards to food preparation, receiving and storage.
- Experience in following kitchen brigade chain of command.
- Comfort with equipment standard functions.
- Self starter with ability to manage deadlines of self and others.
