Job Description:

Supports the following reception and administrative functions:

  • Reception counter duty such as handling phone calls, general enquiries, emails/mails and faxes
  • Man reception counter, man the intercom phone system and be able to provide professional customer service
  • Record delivery of goods/services, record messages and provide coordination support as required by the school
  • Perform data entry, collate information, file, type and archive documents, scan and laminate materials
  • Attend to unwell/injured students
  • Any other duties as assigned by the school

Working Arrangement:

Location: Near Guillemard Road

Working Hours:

  • 42-hour work week with 30 mins lunch break daily
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Salary: $2600/Month

Contract Duration: 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025


Job Requirements:

  • Secondary School Education and above
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good team player with initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in reception and administration in a school environment
