Job Description:
Supports the following reception and administrative functions:
- Reception counter duty such as handling phone calls, general enquiries, emails/mails and faxes
- Man reception counter, man the intercom phone system and be able to provide professional customer service
- Record delivery of goods/services, record messages and provide coordination support as required by the school
- Perform data entry, collate information, file, type and archive documents, scan and laminate materials
- Attend to unwell/injured students
- Any other duties as assigned by the school
Working Arrangement:
Location: Near Guillemard Road
Working Hours:
- 42-hour work week with 30 mins lunch break daily
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Salary: $2600/Month
Contract Duration: 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025
Job Requirements:
- Secondary School Education and above
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player with initiative
- Proficient in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in reception and administration in a school environment
