Responsibilities:
- Offer HR advisory support to higher ups to align with business objectives and facilitate strategy execution.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and manage employee relations matters.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment activities, from job postings to contract preparation, and cultivate relationships with educational institutions for internship programs.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, comprehensive benefits management, and transparent communication of benefits options.
- Ensure that HR policies are consistently reviewed to adhere to employment laws and regulations.
- Lead the annual performance appraisal process and collaborate with senior management on bonus and
increment decisions.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Human Resource
- Min.5 years exp in business partnership and change management
