What is the opportunity?
As the Taiwan Retail Sales, you will be responsible for contributing and adding significant value to Taiwan team, actively supporting the Taiwan franchise businesses including cash rates, credits and derivatives. You will cover Retail Banks, Securities Houses as well as Bank Treasuries.
What will you do?
- Meet revenue targets as set by management.
- Develop new and existing client relationships.
- Actively engage with clients to keep informed of the market and competitor activities.
- Develop new products and clients as appropriate, with a focus on Credit and structured products.
- Liaise with other product partners and departments to maximize business opportunities for RBC.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Degree or equivalent is required
- The role would typically require 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong numerical, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Global Markets environment and products
- Familiar with wealth management mechanism
- Flexible team player with good communication skills
- Strong quantitative skill and problem solving skill, logical and independent thinker, ability to work under pressure
Nice-to-have
- Existing knowledge and past work experience within fixed income, FX and Derivative Markets is preferred
