Responsibilities
- Engage with clients regarding billing and payment procedures
- Provide assistance in managing covenants and monitoring credit
- Handling KYC requirements for both lending and principal roles
- Collaboration with financial institutions on administrative issues
- Liaison with HQ system person-in-charge for the system matters
- Manage administrative duties such as issuing invoices and updating contracts
- Conduct due diligence, prepare reports, and oversee approvals and document management
Requirements
- At least 4 - 5 years of administrative experience supporting RM in Structured Financing or Ship Financing field
- Possess minimally a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business or other related disciplines
- Great proficiency in MS Office suites
