As a member of the Social Media team at Xodbox, you will have the opportunity to set new benchmarks and processes to bring the projects and campaigns to life.
You know the science and data behind Social Media. You understand all lingos and insights to keep the client up to date of their social media performance and weaknesses. You are able to dissect data and make them into human understandable charts and summaries. Be it planning for campaign strategies, solving technical challenges or transforming insights from Excel to Powerpoint, you are always the forerunner of the playing field.
You Get To
· Lead the strategy discussion with clients on current and future opportunities for their social media activities and brands needs
· Lead in the collaborative effort with marketing, PR, and researching of top influencers, competitors and trends in clients’ industries
· Engage the creative and content team in co-creating effective content for the clients’ social channels and campaigns
· Analyse and interpret social media analytics data for the client and the competitors on a regular basis to draw insight and make strategy adjustments based on findings
· Measure and manage a set of KPIs that are structured to meet the client’s needs based on an agreed strategy
· Stay current with social media trends and tools, identify key trends and activities in social media and opportunities to deploy them
· Oversee to ensure constant monitoring and engagement in client’s social communities and communications
· Analyse and report social media actions on a regular basis to leverage on successes and identify new opportunities
· Manage the work and performance of team members
You Have
· Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline
· At least 3 years of experiences in account management or project management
· Experience in leading and managing Social Media team or campaign
· Experience with social media platforms, dashboards and analytics tools
