Responsibilities
- Processing of customers’ orders, purchase orders and handle invoicing.
- Process shipping documentations and maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking numbers, Letter of Credit (LC) documents, Incoterms used, and delivery confirmations.
- Coordinate both Import and Export shipping arrangements.
- Liaising with 3rd party logistics company/freight forwarders.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns regarding orders and shipments.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, international shipping practices, LC requirements, and various Incoterms.
Requirements
- At least 1 - 2 years of shipping or supply chain experience with good knowledge in Incoterms and L/C
- Minimum a Diploma in Supply Chian, Logistics or the equivalent
- Prior working experience in a B2B trading industry
