Responsibilities:
- Accountable for reviewing tender documents and drawings
- Accountable for quantity taking-off
- Accountable for preparing tender submissions
- Ensure timely receipt of technical information relevant to tender
- Prepare standard measurements/quantity
- Prepare the Bar Bending Schedule
- Source for quotations
- Evaluate, analyse, and input pricings for tender
- Participate in post-tender clarifications
- Participate in a kick-off meeting with Consultants/Clients
- Participate in hand-over process to project team and project briefing to colleagues
- Participate in Project Review Meetings for evaluating project process
- Prepare quotations for various technical works, material, and manpower etc.
- Check sub-contractors’ bills and get approval
- Handle Variation Orders and Claims for certification
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Survey
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in the related functions preferably in the marine construction industry
