Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks and activities to optimize office operations efficiency.
- Enforce company policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Offer guidance and support to colleagues when required.
- Manage communications including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
- Assist upper management with travel arrangements, appointments, agendas, etc.
- Update records and databases with personnel, financial, and relevant data.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and initiate orders when needed.
- Prepare and submit reports, presentations, or proposals as directed.
Requirements
- Possess at least 2 years of office admin experience
- Business proficiency in Japanese language is required to liaise with Japanese speaking internal stakeholders from HQ in Japan
- Proficient in MS Office suites, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidates with experience conducting translation from JP - Eng (or vive versa) will have an added advantage
- It is advantageous to possess proficiency in operating SAP Hana
