Job Description:

This role is a part of the Cash Management Services covering Payments, Receipts, Commercial and Cash Counter processing activities. Responsibilities focus on the day-to-day processing and handle investigation and enquiries and timely escalate issues. Requires operations knowledge with rich work experience in Cash Management Services and clearing system.


Responsibilities:

  • Process Cash, Check Deposits, and withdrawals activities
  • Process payments, receipts, and commercial related activities
  • Process check printing and dispatch
  • Handle internal and external clients’ enquiries
  • Monitor transactions to ensure all activities are completed with deadline
  • Ensure services quality are provided in timely and professional manners
  • Prepare statistic report to stakeholders

Skills:

  • Work experience in Banking, particularly Payments, Receipts, Commercial and Cash Counter services
  • Payment operations experience is preferred for this role
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
  • Working knowledge of treasury and cash management services and related regulatory requirements
