- Prepare ingredients for baking & decoration of products set by the established standards
- Pack & store raw materials & finished products
- Perform quality control
- Basic housekeeping of kitchen
- Perform mass-produce standardized baked products by following instructions for production schedules and recipes
- Assist in the development of new menu concepts and ideas
- Administer stock supplies, quality, order and costing of food
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen
- Cleaning of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and washing of utensils
- Coordinates with the service and other departments on kitchen and customers' requirement
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Open-minded and willing to explore new ways of creation
- Clean and hygienic in food and beverage handling
- Proven experience in bakery
- Positive and Motivated to work in a fast-pace work environment
- Prefers to hold a recognised Basic food hygiene certification
- With at least 3 year experience in a bakery setting
