The incumbent is responsible to deliver sales strategies for the defined channel in order to deliver sustained revenue and profit growth in support of Goodyear's overall company goals and strategies. Manage the business’s KPIs and financial targets and oversee sales activities and monitor performance as a whole.
Build and develop strong partnership with Modern Trade and 4S accoutns (such as B-Quik, PTT, Honda Showrooms and Ford Showroom) through joint business planning, identifying opportunities for long term growth.
Establish and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for Modern Trade and 4S accoutns (such as B-Quik, PTT, Honda Showrooms and Ford Showroom) and lead the sales team in the planning and delivery of sales and financial targets.
Coach and direct team members to achieve sales and profitability objectives in line with company strategy and policies
Develop and execute effective sales strategies by defining the right level of sell-in, sell-out, inventory, promotional campaigns, training needs and resources.
Develop the required retailer network coverage to improve the weighted distribution of the Goodyear products.
Improve sales forecast accuracy, deliver cost saving, increase customer satisfaction as well as minimize business risks monitoring customer credit exposure.
Work closely with the Sales Director and cross functionally with the other departments to ensure that customer needs are met with full responsibility of the Retail channel P&L
