Responsibilities:
- Competent in full spectrum of HR duties and responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, fostering an inclusive and high-performance work environment
- Oversee all aspects of HR, including employee recruitment, work pass application, compensation, and employee benefits
- Partner with organization leaders to identify training and development needs, and create career development plans for employees
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee feedback mechanisms
- Talent managing of all employees for enhancement of level of the company and employees
- Business trip to Japan and ASEAN, and EU may be involved (Not so frequently)
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as HR executive or manager
- Experience of installation of new personnel system
- Business level of Japanese language ability to communicate with Japanese headquarter for the installation
- Experience of full set of HR tasks handling is preferred
- Person who can adapt to changes of trends and can handle tasks with flexibility
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to ask for colleagues
