Job description
- Conduct project site inspection regularly.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing
- Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problems and initiating corrective actionIdentify and record quality control problems during production or site work
- Carry out inspection of purchased materials delivered to project sites
- Coordinate with workshop and Subcon with the delivery of products and installation works
- Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning at various stages of project functions in terms of contractual and technical matters
- Attend site walks, meetings, and email correspondences
- Monitor Project Progress and ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects at all time
Job Requirement
- Experience in interior for office renovation.
- Min 3 years in project coordination in the Renovation Industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to start immediately or on short notice
