Avetics is looking for a motivated, self-starter supervisor to oversee various aspects of the drone manufacturing process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
Production Oversight: Supervising the production line to ensure that drones are assembled efficiently and according to quality standards. This involves monitoring production schedules, coordinating with different teams, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.
Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining in process quality control procedures to ensure that each drone meets specifications and complies with standards. This may involve inspecting finished drones, conducting tests, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Team Management: Leading and motivating a team of production workers, technicians, and other staff involved in drone manufacturing. This includes assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment to maximize productivity and morale
Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels of components and materials needed for drone production, and coordinating with procurement teams to ensure timely supply. You'll also be responsible for managing inventory accuracy and minimizing waste.
Safety Compliance: Observing and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all workers adhere to safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the production facility. This involves conducting regular safety inspections, providing safety training, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in drone production. This may involve implementing new technologies, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with engineering teams to incorporate design improvements.
Documentation and Reporting: Creation and verification of production steps and manual. Maintaining accurate production records, including production metrics, quality data, and inventory levels. You'll also be responsible for preparing reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as engineering, research and development, and sales to ensure alignment between production activities and overall business objectives. This may involve participating in cross-functional meetings and providing input on product development and market requirements.
