Role: Network Operation Engineer / Network Infrastructure Engineer
Technical Skills:

- BE/BS degree or equivalent with 6+ Years of relevant experiences.
- Network Domain Expert knowledge of the service, functional area or Infrastructure supported and interdependencies - must have experience.
- Must have working experience in Networking Operations for at least 4+ years.
- Understand Network infrastructure components and how they are tracked and managed in various systems.
- Experience in Network production and infrastructure support.
- Knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are met.
- Executes within a customer-centric environment.
- Ability to use (or learn) scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, etc.
- Understanding of version and revision control practices and procedures.
- Experience working in a Linux environment.
- Experience working in a banking, exchange or technology type environment within a global organization.
- Expertise in Network Technologies : Network topology, Routing & Switching, IP Services (Global/Local Load Balancing, Bluecoat Proxies and Firewalls), Datacenter Technologies (Nexus, ASR, VXLAN, Cisco ACI, Arista Fabric), WAN (ASR,GSR,CSR), Optical (Ciena / Cisco).
- Expert in Multicast, low latency networks, and market data related technologies.
- Strong experience in Protocol Analyzers (Cpacket, BigSwtich, Wireshark, Riverbed).
- Strong experience in capacity/monitoring management tools (Splunk, SevOne, ThousandEyes).
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic in a mission-critical 24x7 diverse environment with multiple vendor/customer relationships.
- Must be flexible, hands on and able to work in a fast paced, high pressure, client-focused and collaborative environment.
