We are seeking a postdoc with experience in NGS and cancer genomics data analysis. The candidate will lead a project to analyse and discover mutations with relevance in drug discovery.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Analyze cancer NGS data
* Develop algorithms to prioritise potentially druggable mutations
* Communicate with other stakeholders
Requirements:
* PhD in bioinformatics or computer science
* Documented and strong experience in cancer genomics
* Documented experience in analysis of NGS data (WGS/WES)
* Excellent communication skills
