Job Scope:
Recruitment
- Sourcing and Prospecting (advertisements, recruiting agencies, government agencies, institutions of learning etc.)
- Interview arrangements.
- Preparation of Letter of Employment.
- Ensure Letter of Employment is in compliance with MOM requirement.
Application & Creation of new records for new hires
- Application of employment pass
- Application for PLRD notification
- Orientation and induction of new hires
- Follow up on confirmed candidates and job offers.
- Registration & creation of employee records in system
Preparation & Submission of Reports
- Updating manpower progress report.
- Recruitment tracking and progress report.
- Other reports required by Head of Department
Other Adhoc duties as and when required
