Responsibilities:
- To assist in the customer service department.
- Must be self motivated and able to work independently.
- Must have the passion in learning and to accept this task.
- Some knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage.
- To handle all bookings for both air and sea.
- To liaise with air and sea carriers.
- To liaise with customers.
- To handle al air & sea documentation work like bookings, BL etc...
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ LEVEL with at least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding industry related roles
- Experienced in utilising Microsoft Office and business emails
