- Responsible and follow-up for maintenance of building facilities schedule.
- Overseeing safety issues on company premises.
- Maintaining records and reports on safety and environmental activities.
- Compliance with ISO 14001 objectives.

Requirements
- Higher Nitec/Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Field.
Relevant experience in Building Maintenance background of least 2 to 3 years experience for those without Higher Nitec/Nitec certification - Knowledge of Electrical schematics and control wiring. Ability to operate Mechanical and Electrical tools.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Sound knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical systems. - PC literate and proficient in English.
