Job Description :
We are an established engineering system integrator looking for a Business Development Manager to expand market coverage and customer base locally and in indonesia and a vital forefront of the company's busines and markering efforts.
Your primary role is to generate revenues growth done with integrity and uncovering new markets and developing existing segments, devise effective business and marketing strategy and work closey with sales team and senior management in implementing this strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a growth strategy focused on sustainable sales activities, systems and product quality and after sales service
- conduct research to identiy new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company's products and services through various marketing channels
- Suggest and analayse competitor's products and services
- To train and work with sales team comunicate/update on new market sectors. their needs and required sales efforts.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably engineering related
- Prior working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales
Manager, Senior Sales Executive or a business related role with minimum 3 year workig experience with proven results.
- Market knowledge of pneumatic or air related products/services and their system controls and installation will be advantageous
- Good communication and strong networking skills
- Possesses analytical skills, able to use Google Analytics is a plus
- Proficiency in MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Proficiency with Wordpress or social media generation skills will be an advantage
- Proficiency in English and other regional languages
