Salary: Basic $4,500 - $5,000 + handphone & transport allowances + VB
Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) & alternate Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational activities.
- Manage cost recovery.
- Manage customer feedback/complaints and service recovery.
- Manage all matters relating to vehicle maintenance, repairs, breakdown, accidents and claim settlement.
- Manager operation and maintenance of GBCR vehicle fleet.
- Manage LTA compliance and reporting.
- Manage new rental and projects.
- Develops and implements preventative maintenance programs.
- Manage repair and maintenance budgets.
- Vendor management and relationship.
- Resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
- Fleet planning, utilisation and vehicle movement.
- Manage staff welfare, discipline, work performance and HR matters.
- Take lead of all matters within the department and company.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Min GCE 'O' Level or Diploma.
- Possess Class 3 driving license.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- LTA Compliance and Accident claims knowledge.
- Independent, resourceful and possess a high level of personal drive and commitment in work, responsible, positive with a can-do attitude.
- Able to lead, team-player and able to work well under pressure (able to handle staff and customer issues calmly and professionally).
