- Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics
- Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns
- Working closely with team and coordinators
- Website and social media platform content update and content writing
- Organising events, exhibitions and promotional activities
- Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline
- Organised, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal English & Chinese
- Handle customer complain
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties when assigned
