Job Overview:

Part of CFS’s Technology and Transformation team, the role holder will work on key initiatives to drive digitisation and automation aligned with CFS’s business growth.

The role holder will also act as a Project Manager in key initiatives like Content Management as well as new initiatives that CFS wants to embark on like data analytics by working with vendors and CFS internal teams to achieve the delivery milestones. As a PM, the role holder must be experienced in managing the project delivery within the constraints of budget, scope and timeline. The PM must be comfortable in dealing with issues that arises through the project implementation as well as anticipating risks and proactively managing issues and drive resolution towards a smooth implementation.

Post system launch, the PM will work with key internal stakeholders in driving communication, target operating model and training to increase adoption to new system features as well as identify/deliver continuous enhancements to the systems/platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Acquired Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Experience in leading or part of change / transformation work in organisations as Project manager
  • Good business analytical skills, bridging between business and development teams.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team.
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector is highly valued

NB: This role is offered on a 1-year contract and the incumbent will be hired on a Contract For Service.
