As a Treasury Manager at Honeywell, you will oversee all treasury functions within your designated regions, including cash management, investments, trade finance, risk management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financing activities. This role requires close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management and implementation of financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash management of countries assigned; continuous process and structural improvement, taking advantage of evolving technology and regulatory environment
- Evaluate cash pool structures across the different regions to drive enhance synergy
- Manage legal entities, enhance yield within Honeywell’s Cash Investment Policy
- Manage short-term Investment Portfolio, run a Commercial Paper program as part of funding plan
- Drive Cash Repatriation and Legal Entity Simplification activities
- Recommend appropriate Capital Structures in legal entity restructuring
- Identify and hedge FX exposures
- Support M&A and Divestiture activities, especially in providing financial regulatory advice for regulated markets
- Implement and roll out global treasury related projects as assigned
- Familiarity with Systems & Reporting, providing support to relevant stakeholders in the form of providing access and connectivity
- Identify and implement customer financing structures to support business growth; business partnering
- Maintain excellent Banking relationships
Qualities we look for:
- Advanced user of Excel; comfortable in various IT environment and applications; working knowledge with FIS Quantum, 360T, FXAll & Bloomberg
- Prior experience in corporate finance & treasury risk management
- Familiar with Debt/Capital Markets, especially in Money Market and Treasury Markets
- Experience in leveraged finance, M&A, capital and ratings advisory, project finance, debt capital markets, credit underwriting and/or adjacent groups
- Must be detailed oriented and extremely organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent Team player
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing business circumstances and environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
MUST HAVE:
- Degree, MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Certification as a Treasury Professional or relevant professional training.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial roles with a significant focus on treasury operations.
- 4-yr finance/business/accounting degree
- At least 5 years of Corporate Treasury experience in an MNC and/or banking
- At least 4 years of Financial, IT, Treasury systems use
- Strong knowledge of Central Bank regulations and Exchange Controls of Asia-Pacific countries.
