Responsibilities
- Arrange/ coordinate appointments and bookings for meetings and company car use.
- Admin support to executives and expatriate staff for housing matters and travel arrangement.
- Manage office supplies and factory inventory by working with the factory management and finance department.
- Monitor contracts (facilities, housing, service providers and suppliers), signal expiry of contract and prepare quotes.
- Local logistics and organization support and arrangements.
- Mange the security aspects by working closely with the security company and the management to ensure smooth office operations and procedures and controlling correspondences.
- Keeps management informed through written and verbal reports (summarizing information, and identifying trends).
- From time to time, the company has special projects and events. The GA team will also support full backend support, including support for the Covid19 Safe Management Measures.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree
