Job Description:
The Cleaning Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the sales, operations, and social impact of our cleaning social enterprise. You will be responsible for managing a team of supervisors and cleaners, ensuring the efficient delivery of cleaning services across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and maintain existing partnerships.
2. Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, manpower deployment, and resource allocation to ensure timely and effective cleaning services.
3. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to supervisors and cleaners, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
4. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the cleaning team.
5. Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality and implement measures to continuously improve cleaning standards
6. Social Impact: Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve social impact goals and promote the integration of disadvantaged individuals into the workforce.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Previous experience in the cleaning sector or social service sector preferred.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
