Objectives of the Position
- Identify improvement areas in business ranging from growth, organizational development, and efficiency projects to acquisition and divestment.
Main Tasks:
Lead internal consulting strategic projects in the fields of:
- Innovation & Growth: Driving innovative business modeling
- Organizational Excellence: Optimizing and redefining organizational structures and processes to support strategy and business model implementation.
- Change Management: Planning, developing, and implementing change initiatives. Work with functional leaders to evaluate value realization of change initiatives.
- Mergers & Acquisitions / Carve Out: Managing assessment of feasibility, benefits, and risk analysis of M&A / divestment; model options.
- Develop new business models with financial impact analysis.
- Implementing Process Improvements to streamline workflows, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Conduct market research: Gathering data and analyzing market trends to support decision-making, Develop navigation strategies for disruptive trends and technologies.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions, ensuring effective use of data and analytics to drive business value.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business management (MBA) or other related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in similar roles or consultancy firms
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end transformation initiatives.
- Ability to speak more than one language.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
