Job Description
· Supervise the following operations related to employees of Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) who are expatriated to other countries in Asia Region, e.g., Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Myanmar.
- Payroll: to collect information from the companies that MC staff are seconded, calculate salaries and give instructions on transferring salary to related departments in Human Link Corporation (HLC)**
- Benefits expenses settlement such as educational expenses, medical expenses, housing fee and etc.: to collect applications, check/review evidence and send them to related departments in HLC.
- Personal income tax payment and tax return support: to collect required data and documents from seconded MC staff and/or the PICs of HR department in the company that MC staff are seconded to, check/review data and documents, send them to Certified Public Accountant Office in each county, and liaise with them appropriately from time to time.
- Support procedure of moving from / returning to Japan including, but not limited to visa, housing, shipping service/air cargo service, insurance, allowance, claiming expenses, school, hospitals and holidays: to give instruction on whole related procedures and cooperate with related parties such as HR department in MC, HLC and the companies that MC staff are seconded to.
· Collect necessary information on labor law, individual tax and any other rules and regulations related to expatriates’ compensation and benefit in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Myanmar and make report to related parties appropriately.
· Understand the situation of each expatriate through day-to-day communication, and if there is any problem, deal with it and cooperate with the relevant parties in Japan, Singapore and the country that expatriate is seconded to resolve issues.
· Support for remuneration setting when National Staff of MC branches and affiliated companies are seconded to other countries except for Japan.
· Make report to MC Headquarter, HLC in Tokyo and management/related managers in HLA regularly.
· Build and maintain a good relationship of trust with HR PICs of the companies that MC expatriates are seconded to.
· Be responsible for team management, and appraisal and training of subordinates.
· Continue to improve operational efficiency by deepening knowledge and skills of HR Tech.

Requirements
· Knowledge, skills, and experience in full spectrum of HR especially payroll, benefits, income tax and global mobility in Japan and other countries in Asia Region, e.g., Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Myanmar.
· Deep understanding of HR policy such as compensation, benefit, and global mobility of MC.
· At least 8 years experiences in HR.
· High proficiency in business Japanese and English (listening, speaking, and writing) to communicate effectively through phone calls, emails and/or meetings with MC Head Quarter, HLC, MC group companies and/or Japanese/local staff who are involved in MC expats’ payroll and benefits related matters.
