Job Responsibilities


While the following is not exhaustive, the incumbent will be responsible for:


· Coordinate with Project Managers and other IT business units, as well as vendors

· Manage program's budget, work on multiple projects, handle conflict/issues, and track progress

· Maintain strong customer focus while coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and IT resources in the implementation of key projects.

· Manage programs and/or multiple concurrent projects which are not necessarily related or interdependent.

· Use negotiation skills, influence, and creativity to achieve successful outcomes around scope, schedule, costs/budget, issues/risks, and resources.

· Manage the program budget process and coordinate with managers, project managers, and vendors to ensure project resources are applied efficiently and effectively.

· Arbitrate and resolve conflict within the program when necessary. Understand appropriate paths and methods for escalation.


Job Requirements


To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have/be:


· A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.

· Success in managing multiple, large IT projects simultaneously

· Knows Jira or similar ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Tools

· Agile methodology

· Great communication skills and team player; works well with others

· Outstanding attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture

· Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to actively listen, problem solve, and communicate effectively with both technical and business users

· Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and technology

· Skilled in negotiating and problem-solving with both internal & external stakeholders
